1 10’’ Cake

3 C. Ground almond
6 Egg whites
2 Cups powdered sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 t. Vanilla Extract
1/2 t. Almond Extract

Butter flour pan. Bake for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 30 minutes before unpanning.
