White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup white balsamic vinegar (Modena)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper

Procedure

Place all ingredients together in plastic container (with lid). Shake well.

Mixture should be slightly emulsified, but not thick.
